The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.
I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi during my stay. After asking for help at the front desk, I received only an 800 number to call for IT support, which was frustrating. Ultimately, I had to leave the hotel to find other accommodations because the Wi-Fi situation was so bad.

perfect for city strolls with quick access to parks and dining
During my stay, I was really impressed with the spacious and clean room combined with its excellent design, making it a great base for exploring nearby attractions like the beautiful Don White Memorial Park, which is just over 4 kilometers away, and the Computer Museum of America, which is almost 2 kilometers from the hotel. both spots are perfect for leisurely walks and relaxing afternoons.

Absolutely loved the 'unique' bathroom sliding door, but too bad it didn’t stay closed. The lack of towel holders is just charming—who needs that anyway? Expected a complimentary upgrade for this inconvenience, but I guess red-carpet treatment is for someone else. Sad I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t because of the issues!

missingWrote a review on Sept 15spacious roomunique bathroomwi-fi issues
The unique bathroom setup is a standout feature—definitely different from the usual, with ample space for essentials. Room spaciousness offers plenty of room to relax, great for families or solo travelers needing some breathing room.
Wi-Fi connectivity was a hassle. I couldn't connect during my stay and resorting to calling an 800 number for IT didn't cut it. Breakfast options left much to be desired, with no eggs available and a pre-packaged waffle alternative instead of a real waffle station. The shower area isn't designed well either. water leaks out, and there are no reasonable spots for towel placement or shaving, which felt inconvenient.
